What is Clinical Pilates?
Clinical Pilates takes a pro active approach to injury prevention, core stability and muscle stregnthening. These movements are an integral part to how we practice and is standardly incorporated within our prescription of physiotherapy treatment. We also offer Pilates on a one-to-one basis and in a group class setting too. All Pilates work is conducted by chartered Physiotherapists.

With that you can recover from your condition as soon as possible. Pilates exercises are aimed at the appropriate level for you and your pain and are progressed when possible and tolerated.
