Kristian Gaudiano
Kristian is a qualified Physiotherapist with a Master of Physiotherapy from the University of Technology Sydney and a Bachelor of Exercise Science from La Trobe University in Melbourne. He has extensive experience working with a diverse range of individuals, including professional athletes, performing artists, weekend warriors, and those with more sedentary lifestyles.
Kristian takes a holistic approach to care, addressing not only the physical, but also the emotional and mental well-being of his patients. His treatment plans are tailored to each individual to ensure comprehensive and lasting results. He has successfully managed sports-related injuries across rugby, football, and the Australian Football League (AFL), and is skilled in post-operative rehabilitation, back and neck pain, and everyday musculoskeletal concerns.
He is also trained in dry needling, an effective technique used to release muscle tension, reduce pain, and improve mobility.
Kristian is passionate about helping people improve movement, manage pain, and build long-term physical resilience, whether they are elite athletes or simply looking to move better in daily life.
Outside of his clinical practice, Kristian enjoys playing and watching both Australian and English football, running, and gym workouts.
