Cancellation Policy

We do have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Should you need to, we will endeavour to cancel or change your appointment, subject to availability. In order to have the best opportunity to avoid the cancellation fee please contact the clinic with a minimum of 24 hrs prior to your appointment. If your appointment falls on the Monday then that is the Friday directly before your appointment. Because of this policy we do require credit card information at time of booking your 1st appointment. We do not accept Amex, Diners Club or American Express. Your card will not be charged unless you do not arrive for your first appointment.
