Specialising in musculoskeletal, orthopaedic, spinal and sports rehabilitation

Trishna recently completed her Masters Degree in Physiotherapy at Oxford Brookes University. She has written her Thesis on the Effects of Pilates on Parkinson Disease patients and post massage therapy after sporting events. She completed her undergraduate degree in Sports therapy at Coventry University. During her clinical practice, she obtained training in Massage therapy for sports injuries.

In between her degree, she worked at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital in Stanmore, doing Home visits for physiotherapy post-operation for hip, knees and shoulder replacements. During Trishna's clinical practice, she gained experience in the neurological and cardio-respiratory department working on functional activities, to improve balance and mobility with her patients. She has also gained experience and knowledge on rehabilitation for scoliosis patients. Trishna really enjoys being creative with exercise prescription for all fitness levels to make sure her patients are motivated throughout their rehabilitation.

Trishna enjoys to play badminton and netball during her spare time. She also enjoys going to watch football games and cricket and is passionate about travelling and seeing new places and trying new cuisines.
