Dale Walker
Dale has returned to full-time clinical practice after seven years as an Academic in Manchester at the University of Salford where he published research for the MoD. Dale specialised in teaching exercise prescription to both undergraduate and masters' students creating a module on the principles of exercise therapy. He also ran the student-led clinic at the Manchester institute of health and performance.
Dale is an ex-Royal Marine Commando and Army Physiotherapist and had the pleasure of working at the legendary Headley Court where he treated battle casualties specialising in amputee rehabilitation. With his unique background he works with a wide spectrum of clients from Tactical and CrossFit athletes to chronic low back pain and spinal cord injury.
Originally studying Exercise Physiology & Nutrition at the University of Greenwich and later Physiotherapy at St George's Medical School. With a Masters in Sports Medicine from Cardiff Metropolitan University. These qualifications have allowed him to practice Physiotherapy in multiple countries all over the world.
Moving from Manchester, Dale is now back in hometown of London. When not at work Dale enjoys doing CrossFit, Hyrox, Yoga and Salsa Dancing. He might see you on either, the Yoga mat or the dance floor.
