Specialising in musculoskeletal, orthopaedic, spinal and sports rehabilitation

Lucy qualified as a Chartered Physiotherapist from the University of Nottingham in 2015. She remained in Nottingham to work for the NHS and was fortunate enough to be placed in a few specialist rotational areas which included Hands, Burns & Plastics, Intensive care and the Shoulder & Elbow Department. This has allowed Lucy to treat a real variety of patients with complex conditions. Lucy has now moved back down to her family, friends and Farm in Kent, where she is originally from, and has recently completed her Pilates training.

Lucy has a particular interest in sport and believes it is important to encourage others to become, or remain, fit and strong to help fight and prevent injury. She particularly enjoys making her exercise programmes fun, challenging but also functional and is finding the Pilates techniques extremely valuable.  She is a keen triathlete, plays hockey and lacrosse and also knows a few tunes on the piano!
